Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
